1. Do I have to be home during the house cleaning? 
Absolutely Not! We actually prefer that our clients enjoy a day out while we take care of their homes. If you need to be home, no sweat! We currently offer three options for home entry.

2. Do you provide your own equipment?
Definitely! We use biodegradable, environmentally friendly products to protect the health of our families.

3. What time will you arrive?
Budget Maid Cleaning cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival, but we can provide a estimated time of arrival for each appointment. The first house of the day can be scheduled at a specific time.

4. How many maids will perform the clean?
We assign a different number of maids depending on the size of the job.

5. Are you pet friendly? Yes. We prefer that all animals are kept away during the duration of our clean. We are not liable for any loose animals.

6. Can I reschedule my cleaning?
Absolutely! We require at least a 48 hour notice for rescheduled appointments.

7. What if I have a special request?
Be sure to call our office or text the owner prior to your appointment with your request. You can also document special request on our online quote form.

8. How much does each cleaning cost?
Each home is individually evaluated because we realize that each home is unique. The first cleaning (initial cleaning) typically cost more than a frequent visit. Each home receives an initial cleaning because this prepares your home for us to maintain it on a prompt and consistent basis.

9. What if the maids are locked out of my home by accident? You will be assessed a lock out fee of $50. Most of our clients leave a key with the office or they hide one on cleaning day.
